Receiving
Setting up your receiving stations.
Once an order has been placed, the FE system will assign the order to a facility, and a batch within that facility.
The inventory needed to complete a batch is automatically sourced via integrations with the the blank providers established on your account. Internal inventory is also tracked within your Fulfill Engine dash.
Purchase orders are optimized by shipping, speed, and price to be easily sorted when they arrive at the facility!

Automatic Label Printing
For automatic label printing, a Windows machine must be used.
Install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.
Note: This x86 version is required, even on 64 bit computers
After installing the prerequisite above, download the Fulfill Engine installer and run the installer choosing to install the "Hot Folder Printing App."
Within the app, open File > Settings to customize settings. Then set the “Folder to watch” to your PCs download folder.
When "Receive and print stickers" is selected on a PO, the app will notice when QR labels are downloaded to that folder and automatically print them.
Receiving from outside vendors
The purchase orders will arrive organized by SLA and blank styles. QR quotes are then printed and stickered onto the blank goods.
These stickers are color coded by SLA and have all the information needed for the receiving team to route the order to the correct decoration station.
