For Decorator Pro doing volume in-house, connecting your supplier account will gives you access to have our software automatic source blanks on your behalf.
If there is something you don't see in the catalog, you can request that it be added here. Be aware that processing times for these requests can very depending on supplier availability and product setup requirements.
Non-integrated Products
The availability of products not supported by an integrated supplier is a option for Decorator Pro producing volume in house.
We do require the supplier to carry the stock at one of their warehouses in order for us to pull inventory. This means that items not connected to an integrated supplier, or products where a color/size is dropship only is unable to be added to our catalog for automated ordering and will not be an option through our Network catalog.
If you are a Decorator Pro doing volume in house, this does not mean you cannot offer it! If the volume warrants you to source that item, you are able to reach out to use the same Product Add Request From selecting that it is not supported, or is dropship. To do this, you will need to provide;
- Product name and ID
- Product URL
- Requested Sizes
- Mockup images for all colors being requested
In order for your request to be reviewed the images must be .jpg or .png provided within a compressed (ZIP) file.
Each image must be named using the format Color Name-Front and Color Name-Back. If applicable, slashes must be replaced with three underscores > Example Black___ White-Front.
If you intend to use the mockup images within Fulfill Engine's White-Label store solution, images should be product images (without a model), front facing only, with all colorways aligned.
Once added, you will need to set the price within your Sales Portal > Product pricing.
When the item is ordered, instead of being automatically sourced, the system will prompt an Action Item within your Warehouse to manually order the product(s). You will use the internal PO when ordering the products, so when it is received in, it can jump back into an automated flow for decoration.
