The way you are billed for software fees will depend on how you use the software.
For any orders sent to the Network, the software fee will be included in the upfront payment processed through the Fulfill Engine Wallet for that particular order.
For any orders handled internally, the software fee will show within an invoice and will be automatically be pulled from the payment method on file under Configuration.
View invoices
You are able to view your platform invoices within your account under Account > Billing within your Settings dropdown (top right corner).
Here you will see a breakdown of platform fees by month. These are automatically pulled from the payment method on file the first week of the month for all orders submitted the month prior no matter the shipped status.
- Platform 3PL fee: cost for 3PL
- Platform POD fee: cost for the use of the Order Now portal
- Platform store fee: cost for the use of white-label store(s)
- Total pick and pack: cost for pick and pack services
If you have received preapproval to be on terms with the Network, all Network orders will be included in your monthly invoice, along with any software charges related to in-house orders. These invoices will be created based on all orders that were shipped in the prior month.
