FE Network embroidery stitch count limit (Effective March 16)

To maintain consistent quality and production efficiency across the Fulfill Engine Network, we will begin enforcing a 25,000 stitch count limit on all embroidery orders starting March 16.

Orders exceeding this limit will not be eligible for network fulfillment. If you are a Decorator Pro customer, orders will automatically route to local fulfillment.

If you have embroidery designs that may approach or exceed 25,000 stitches, we encourage you to review and update them prior to March 16. Please reach out to our team at info@fulfillengine.com for assistance.

Shopify product ID on order items export

To assist in reporting for sales teams, we’ve added the Shopify product ID to the order items export from the store orders page.

Fulfillment

Split orders between in-house and network fulfillment

Decorator Pro customers now have more flexibility and control when setting fulfillment routing rules for in-house fulfillment and Fulfill Engine Network, including options to split a multi-item order into in-house and Network shipments.

  • If fulfillment routing rules are set to use both in-house fulfillment and Fulfill Engine Network and a multi-item order cannot be completely fulfilled in-house or via the network, then the order will split into multiple shipments across both locations. Your preferred fulfillment location will inform where order items route. Previously, this scenario resulted in a system error requiring manual intervention.
  • If fulfillment routing rules are set to use both in-house fulfillment and Fulfill Engine Network, and in-house is the preferred location, you will have a new setting to allow hybrid orders between in-house and network fulfillment. When set, a multi-item order that cannot be completely fulfilled in-house will route all eligible items in-house before splitting the remaining items to network fulfillment. Previously, this scenario would result in the entire order routing to the network.

NOTE: Hybrid orders will result in additional shipping costs to you and/or your customers.

Split fulfillment on Shopify orders

Shopify store orders are now enabled to fully support split fulfillment scenarios, including updating orders with a Partially fulfilled status and triggering a confirmation email for each shipment.

Set shipments as externally delayed

Warehouse admins can use a new Set as externally delayed task on shipments to indicate when the team is waiting on the customer, a supplier, or another external party. You can then exclude these shipments when viewing KPIs for replacement requests and target ship date.
