Embroidery
Setting up an Embroidery station for your operator.
What You Need
- Standard embroidery equipment
- Computer Terminal (Windows required)
- USB per computer terminal
- Used for moving the DST from the Fulfill Engine app to the embroidery machine
- 2D QR Code Scanner - recommendation
- You will need one QR code scanner per decoration station
- Shelving unit
- Recommended for holding batched bins from receiving
- Table (optional)

Setting up Threads
Through the onboarding process, you would have provided what thread brands you support. By default, that full offering will be exposed within your Sales Portal.
If there is a thread you need, but is not shown, reach out to your onboarding representative or info@fulfillengine.com.
Installing the Application
From the Fulfillment tab you will select the Embroidery tile. This will download the Fulfill Engine installer. Run the installer and choose to install the "Embroidery App."
Once the application is set up, you are ready to scan your embroidery item for production!
When an item is scanned, it will show the garment as well as placement.
The artwork data is then loaded onto a flash drive and then that is transferred to the embroidery machine for production.
