Direct-To-Garment (DTG): M&R POLARIS™

When utilizing the M&R POLARIS™, the Fulfill Engine DTG application will not be necessary. Instead, you should scan the FE QR code using the Polaris scanner, which will notify us to provide the artwork URL, size specifications, and recipe (settings for pretreatment and ink levels).

You need to complete a few additional steps before you can place your first order.

1. We need to align the "recipe" file names you use so what is communicated to Polaris is correct based on the garment. Below are our default values. Any adjustments can be communicated to your onboarding representative. 
2. You would need to update the Polaris to call into the Fulfill Engine system when you scan the QR code.  That is a configuration setting for the "Download URL" in Polaris.  You'll want to update it to:  https://api.fulfillengine.com/polaris/loadJob?remoteId=$BARCODE
